Delete Account
Request permanent deletion of your account and associated data from one or more BalanceForge apps
This action cannot be undone
Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems. This includes your profile, user data, and settings for the selected apps.
Select Apps
Choose which BalanceForge apps you want to delete your account from. You can select one or more apps.
What will be deleted
- Your user profile and authentication data for the selected apps
- All user-generated content (expenses, groups, data, etc.) for the selected apps
- Your app settings and preferences for the selected apps
- Your connections and relationships within the selected apps
Important notes
- Shared records: Some information you shared with others (for example, expenses in a group) may remain visible to other users for historical and reconciliation purposes, even after your account is deleted.
- Local data: Data stored on your device can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage.
- Processing time: We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
